Cancellation Policy - Please read
We require a 24-hour courtesy notice to cancel or re-schedule an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hour notice will be charged 50% of the service price. Same-day cancellations/no show will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. We respect that our client’s time is valuable. When an appointment is cancelled, we lose your business and the potential business of clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. |
