Cancellation Policy - Please read To cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you provide us with a 24-hour notice. If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 50% of the service price. For instance, if your appointment is scheduled for tomorrow and you cancel it the night before anything less than 12 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service price. If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will be charged the full price of the scheduled service. We value our clients' time, and we understand that emergencies or unforeseeable circumstances can arise. Nonetheless, when an appointment is cancelled, we miss out on your business and the potential business of clients who could have scheduled an appointment for the same time. |
