• Digital products (ebooks, vouchers): After purchase, you will receive access via email. If you do not receive it within a few minutes, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.
• Remote sessions (Zoom or video call): Session details and access instructions will be sent to your email after booking.
• In-person sessions: Location and timing details will be confirmed via email upon booking.

No physical items are shipped by post.
